News from Sony Ericsson will cross between the PSP and the mobile android. End of this year, will be made handsets that do not have a Qwerty keyboard but will have a playstation buttons like d-pad and dual analog inputs. Hanset will also be made in the form of slides. The device is described as a cross Between the Samsung Captivate and the PSP Go - in other words, it's a slider with landscape gaming controls in place of the typical QWERTY keyboard. The D-pad is here, but instead of the small joystick, the device will of have what was described as a "long touch pad" for analog controls, along with the standard PSP buttons and shoulder buttons. The phone has a large display, described as being Between 7.3 and 1.4 inches or better with WVGA resolution, a 5 megapixel camera we're Told That Might not be the final, and it'll likely have a 1GHz Snapdragon CPU on board. The phone is Mostly black with silver Some highlights, and the Gamepad area is white / silver in color. This news also mentions that the handset will run on Android 3.0. The phone will be introduced in October.
